Jose Gerardo Cruz Shilling writes: Citizens of the Planet, now is the time to take a stand against the abuses that are a product of military force used by the North American Empire to intimidate all of the other countries that are less powerful and that disagree with its policies. The world is the witness. Let me cite just two recent cases: Iraq and Haiti. The former was accused of having chemical weapons, and the in the latter, they kidnapped the president. Today, the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela is under attack by the Bush government. First, in order to gain control of underground energy resources, which are immense, and secondly, because of President Chavez‚ Bolivarian Project, which valiantly opposes Neoliberalism.

To put it simply, the Bolivarian Project proclaims an ideology based on the teachings of the Liberator of the Americas, Simon Bolivar. These ideas include seeking the common or general good, a principle derived from Christianity. The entire planet knows that Neoliberalism is a diabolic instrument whose goal is the enslavement of all countries that practice its methodologies. In Argentina’s case, they even took away the water through the trickery of privatization, which is really just the practice of buying countries camouflaged by economic theories touting “progress” and “well-being.”

In the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, all of us citizens are ready to confront those plunderers of peoples, and we call on the North American people to have at least a modicum of morality and denounce this new attempt to possess another country that doesn’t have the largest army, but which has people who will never fall under the imperialist boot so long as there is a drop of blood in our bodies. If the so-called civilized world doesn‚t put a halt to the Bush government‚s appetite for easy and illicit riches, they will once more be accomplices to an historical crime because of their servility and fear of the United States.

What is going on with the North American people? Why are they allowing a circumstantial government to become an invader and plunderer of peoples? We are sure that the North American people don‚t agree with the oppressive policies practiced by the Bush government.

From one people to another:

North American Citizens,
President George W. Bush is giving you a reputation throughout the world as invaders and plunderers. This message comes from the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela with the goal of asking you, as a people with humane, sensitive, and just sentiments, to stop the crazy George W. Bush from digging his hands into the soil of Simon Bolivar, the Liberator. Why this letter to the North American People? Evidently, the countries called “World Powers” are the Bush government’s docile sheep, or they are accomplices in their abuses. In order to attend Summits, the so-called world leaders apparently have to act as marionettes for the puppet master, George W. Bush.

This letter is not calling for pity from the North American people. Rather, I am asking those of you who feel deceived and mistaken for electing that nefarious government, to call for a Presidential Recall Referendum to revoke Bush‚s mandate, since he is damaging your reputation as upstanding citizens. Let me recall Malcolm X, Martin Luther King, John F. Kennedy, all noted fighters for social justice, for whom we have great respect, and who have given us respect and affection for the North American people.

Let me tell you that if the Bush government is reckless enough to invade our sovereign country, they will have to liquidate the last generation of Venezuelans, because as long as there is one Venezuelan alive, he or she will be a formidable gladiator in defense of our soil.

It’s in the hands of the North American people, because if you don’t put a brake on the crazy man who governs you, you will be an accomplice by omission to that new Hitler, who is the greatest threat to the world today.

¡Amarren al loco Bush!

José Gerardo Cruz Shilling: Ciudadanos del Planeta, llegó la hora de que se pronuncien en relación a los abusos producto de la fuerza bélica utilizada por el Imperialismo Norteamericano para intimidar a todos aquellos países que no tienen similitud en correlación de fuerzas con los Estados Unidos. El mundo es testigo, por citar los dos casos más recientes donde con estrategias o excusas, invadieron Irak y Haití; el primero acusado de tener armas químicas y al segundo secuestraron al Presidente. Hoy la República Bolivariana de Venezuela es acosada por el Gobierno de George W. Bush. Primero para apoderarse de los recursos energéticos del subsuelo, los cuales son inmensos y evidentemente la propuesta del Presidente Chávez, El Proyecto Bolivariano; el cual enfrenta valientemente al Neoliberalismo.

Sencillamente el Proyecto Bolivariano pregona una ideología basada en el ideario de El Libertador de América, Simón Bolívar, el cual podemos sintetizar como la búsqueda del bien común o general, principios estos de origen cristiano. Todo el planeta sabe que el Neoliberalismo es un instrumento diabólico cuyo fin es el exterminio de todos los países que ponen en práctica estas metodologías, para no hacerles una larga lista solo les mencionaré Argentina a la cual le quitaron hasta el agua con el engaño de las privatizaciones que no son mas que compras de países camuflajeadas en métodos económicos con el engaño del progreso y bienestar.

En la República Bolivariana de Venezuela todos los ciudadanos estamos puestos a enfrentar a estos saqueadores de pueblos y llamamos a todo el país a que tenga un mínimo de moralidad a que se pronuncie contra este nuevo intento por posesionarse de otro país el cual no dispone de grandes armas bélicas pero que tiene pueblo al cual los imperialistas jamás le pondrán la bota mientras nos quede una gota de sangre. Si el mundo al que llaman civilizado no frena el apetito de lucro fácil e ilícito manifiesto y probado del gobierno de Bush, serán una vez más cómplices ante la historia por el servilismo y temor que muestran a los Estados Unidos.

¿Qué le pasa al pueblo norteamericano?

¿Por qué permite que un gobierno circunstancial le esté creando esa imagen de país invasor y saqueador de pueblos?

Estamos seguros que el pueblo norteamericano no comparte esas políticas opresoras de naciones practicado por el Gobierno de Bush.

De Pueblo a Pueblo:

Ciudadanos Norteamericanos,
El Presidente George W. Bush les está creando una imagen en el mundo de invasores de pueblos y saqueadores de países. De la República Bolivariana de Venezuela surge esta comunicación con el objetivo de que ustedes como pueblo de características humanas, sensibles y hasta justas, impidan que el loco de George W. Bush meta sus manos en la tierra del Libertador Simón Bolívar. ¿Por qué ésta carta al Pueblo Norteamericano? Evidentemente los países llamados Potencias Mundiales son serviles borregos del Gobierno de Bush o son cómplices de los desmanes que cometen; de allí que para asistir a Foros de los llamados líderes mundiales, existe un orden el cual funciona como títeres del titiritero George W. Bush.

Esta correspondencia no tiene el objetivo de pedir clemencia al pueblo norteamericano, el objetivo es que ustedes, que se equivocaron al elegir ese nefasto gobernante, le hagan un Referendo y lo saquen del mandato ya que les está dañando una fama de ciudadanos solidarios, pues podemos mencionar en la época contemporánea a Malcolm X; Martin Luther King, John Fitzgerald Kennedy; recordados luchadores sociales y por los cuales tenemos respeto y nos han hecho tener respeto y afecto por el pueblo norteamericano.

Demás está decirles que si al gobierno de Bush se le ocurre la temeridad de invadir nuestro soberano país, tendrán que liquidar hasta la última generación de los venezolanos pues mientras haya un venezolano vivo, éste será un formidable gladiador por la defensa del terruño patrio. En manos del pueblo norteamericano está, pues, la decisión de frenar al loco que los gobierna de lo contrario el pueblo norteamericano será conocido por ser cómplice por omisión de este nuevo Hitler al cual también hay que detener, pues es la mayor amenaza que tiene el mundo actualmente.
