Evidence forged in Senate case against Galloway

Press release

Respect's press conference tomorrow will reveal compelling new evidence that the key document used against George Galloway by the Senate Committee is forged.
Using typographical analysis and the testimony of an Iraqi man who admits he forged other material journalists at Socialist Worker are issuing a report that raises grave doubts about the reliability of any of the material which purports to show George Galloway's guilt.
The evidence not only highlights the failings in the Galloway case but also
puts on trial the entire investigation process into the oil for food programme.

Respect's press conference will take place ahead of George Galloway's appearance before the Senate Committee. The details of the press conference are:
Time: 10.30am
Date: Tuesday 17 May 2005
Place: The Board Room, The Bishopsgate Institute, 230 Bishopsgate, EC2M 4QH
(nearest tube Liverpool Street)
